Avoid using chemical to clean your Microwave with this recipe:
You will need bowl of water and add some lemon slice and some apple vinegar. Heat it in Microwave for about 3-5 min.
Note: use the bowl that can be used in microwave.

I just filled a squirt bottle with one part water and vinegar and once I spray the microwave, I leave it to rest for a minute and then wipe away. Works every time!!
