    Upping my water consumption usually helps me. I feel fuller and get hungry less opften.

    hi
    Eating granny smith apples helps a lot. It makes you feel full. eating small potions during the day helps.

    I've recently tried this app called 30 days to fitness...lots of similar apps with the same name but the point is to do sets of exercises everyday. The whole work out takes 10-15 mins most. Highly recommend for those who don't have much time to work out at the end of the day.

    Calorie counting!
    I swear by it. I've been losing a pound a week since I started.
    Just follow the serving size labels and weigh your food with a scale.
    Also, try out fatsecret.com.
    Lots of stuff to help you out there and a great community of people.

    Do u think to lose weight is it better to have low fat milk ,yoghurt etc or organic
    So confused some say eat full fat organic becoz low fat not healthy must be putting something extra inside to mk it taste nice

    I can’t seem to get it right. I am now trying to increase my protein intake. I train as well but don’t see much difference
