I have been on this diet for about 2 weeks now and I’m seeing some improvements on my training plan. Just to clarify my main goal with the coming 8 weeks is to reduce body fat and I don’t mind if I gained some muscle mass in the process.I eat edamame daily. Edamame is rooted from some Asian countries. It is very beneficial for toning your body. Cuz it contains rich protein and amino acids. Both of which are good for your health.
