I had a bottle of Dior Addict that I bought from a reputable shop, so I new it was not a fake, about 6 months after I purchased it the silver coloured lid started to go black,I went to the shop I had purchased it from but as I had no receipt I was told there was nothing they could do, so I emailed Dior, I asked if they could send me a new lid (bare in mind these are the long blue bottles (pink for Addict 2) and the lid is technically part of the bottle) they asked me to send the whole bottle back, I had used about half the bottle. As i new I had contacted Dior proper I decided to go ahead and send it in.
I kind of expected to get an email saying I had got a fake and oh by the way we are keeping the bottle. Instead about 10 days later I got a box in the mail, thinking it was my bottle with a new lid I opened it and instead they sent me a brand new bottle!!
One of the best customer service experiences I have had.

Has anyone else heard of this? Is it a known production problem?
