I'm still in the waiting list in my club...It's cheaper there, so I really want to do it, but I just need a spot first.

Yoga is awesome. It can be fast or slow, really difficult or just stretching depending on what you want from it. It's a very accommodating form of exercise plus is supposed to have great effects on mood and overall health.

I only started doing yoga recently. It wasnt easy as I am quite stiff and unflexible but after 2 months, but I am beginning to see some improvements. I especially like yin yoga, for its long poses and focus on opening the hips.I used to be very sceptical about yoga ... How can it possibly help you lose weight, if you dont sweat? My preferred form of torture used to be running and body pump. I now trying to do some form of yoga or body balance everyday. And shockingly, I do sweat! Hopefully, someday soon, I may lose 13 pounds too but that hasnt happen yet!Seriously though, how do you lose so much weight doing yoga? What kind of yoga?

I really believe it depends on your trainer and what kind of yoga you do. I prefer western style yoga since it isn't too spiritual.

I love yoga. I started with the "30 days with Adriene" videos on youtube and got addicted. I felt so much better physically and mentally after a few months.
