    There is nothing wrong with bringing a change of shoes for work. Heels in MN are a hazard in winter and I'm not just referring to hypothermia. It's not uncommon to finding ice on sidewalks. That being said, your work will probably be cooler then it was in summer; perhaps you should avoid sandals.

    You should definitely have a change of shoes for outdoors and indoors, especially if the outside elements are hazardous. If it is just cold though and not slippery and snowy, I think a cool pair of oxfords are nice or some nice ankle boots with pants or a cute skirt .
