Default An easy way to combat allergies of the respiratory tract

If you have dust allergy or allergy from pollen grains or smoke...do the following...just rub the inside of your nose with a greasy cream on your fingertip. It keeps the allergen in your nostril not taking it to the respiratory tract and you do not end up sneezing or coughing.

You might also try saline gel, my doctor preferred that to petroleum jelly.
