I need to find some cardio dvds I can to at home. I am not unfit as I walk a lot but need to increase my cardio and want some at home options. I have tried some of the dance dvds and feel horribly uncoordinated. I prefer something I can do in about 20 minutes. Any suggestions?

Have you ever heard of Leslie Sansone? She does a lot a walking/HIIT(easy) style DVDs. google hers..I think there are some on youtube.
I have some ranging from 20 -50 minutes long.11/2017

Hey Irish - have you tried Beachbody - T-25? I find that being a really good cardio workout and very effective.
