I would be worried about your protein intake and getting vitamin B12.

Eating fruits is good, of course, but I don't think it's healthy to restrict yourself to a single food group!

I have never heard of this fruit diet before and had to google it when I heard about it. It seems so unhealthy, bad for blood sugar, no protein and no fat. That isn't a very healthy diet. Apparently this is supposed to be a "cleanse" diet. I personally have 2 functioning kidneys, a functioning liver and a functioning colon. There is nothing those organs can't do with or without massive amounts of fruit. IMO if you eat a really bad diet, like fast food all the time etc, you would feel better with a cleanse. But the thing is your body doesn't need it. IMO a healthy diet you can maintain is the best way to live. We aren't monkeys we need more than just fruit.

Honestly moderation is key. Too much of anything is never good, and it is not sustainable.

Very dangerous. You never, ever want to just stick to one food group. A body needs a combo of every food group in moderation to be healthy along with exercise. There is no quick fix for losing weight and being healthy, just common sense.
