Am I the only 19 year old girl who can't walk in high heels without nearly hurting myself or others?

I can't. And I'm 28.
I've never worn high heels in my life.
I have tried out some (wide base) platform heels [not sure if that's correct name] that my sister had, they were pretty tall, like 5-6 inches high. Anyway, my feet were killing me after a short time!

LOL. I'm 30 and can't wear heels gracefully. Actually, I hate wearing shoes.
If you want to wear heels start with a kitten heel and work your way up or shoes that have wide wedges. Try to wear your heels all the time to break them in and give you chances to get used to them.![]()

High heels are overrated, I think they definitely help you look taller and more feminine, but prolonged usage can cause no end of foot problems, I would rather not have bunions, or metatarsal problems, not to mention plantar fascitis

Have you tried heels which have straps across the middle of the foot? They can hold your foot in the shoe so you don't walk out of the shoe. How about wedge heels? They are more sturdy than thin heels and easier to balance on. Or, kitten heels with a small heel that isn't so wobbly.

I haven't found a pair that's been comfortable, but putting gel inserts help a little.

You have to train yourself. I was wearing a 2 in by 8th grade. I was going to church and still wearing dresses then. By the time I got in High School, it was wedges until sophomore year, I went full tomboy.
By me stop wearing them, my feet adjusted to sneakers so now it's like I have to train myself all over again. This is why I hate when I have to go places and have to dress up.
What you are probably going to have to do is find you some comfort heels from brands like Clarks, Hush Puppies, Naturalizer with Arch support because these shoes nowadays only care about the style, not the comfort.

Hurts for me every time I wear them, even if they are low heels haha

If u want to get used to high heels ...it is now or never ...at ur age i used to wear high heels .... if u want to get used to them try first 5cm square heels that can give u support ....when u get used to them try the other heels bec if u had children u won't be able to wear them.
