When I've had a cough that just won't go away I make Ginger Root Tea. I take like 2 or 3 slices the size that are in the picture (But I cut them in half) and add them to like 5 cups of water. I put them to boil. I let the water and ginger root pieces boil a couple of minutes. I really like the smell of this tea. I'm the type of person that has to add sugar or honey to my teas, but with this one I hardly have to add any. This has helped with my cough. Hope it helps someone the way it's helped me.
