I found some small two pound and five pound dumbbells were excellent tools at the beginning. I started toning regularly last year. Pay attention to you form. You can leverage utube to see example of how to do various exercises.

I have been on this diet for about 2 weeks now and I’m seeing some improvements on my training plan.
