It depends. If I'm lounging then slip on shoes, but if it's to be up and about sneakers.

Sneakers. But you can replace your sneakers' laces with Hickies. The mettalic coloured ones like silver, gold or the black & gold updates your outfit a bit even though you're only wearing sweats
